Physical Therapist (Inpatient) - Oregon

Location: Albany, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic neuro/musculo/skeletal injuries or limitations causing decline in physical mobility or functional independence.
Provide rehabilitation services including sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance, and spinal therapy.
Work within inpatient rehabilitation teams to support patient recovery and functional improvement.
Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Experience in an inpatient setting
BLS certification
Ability to travel to multiple points of care

Cons

Schedule was atrocious especially night shift. Significant amount of floating to the ER as helping hands or a sitter.
