Behavioral Health RN - Nights

Location: Zanesville, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description

Inpatient Behavioral Health nursing role working primarily with adults and some adolescents.
Night shift schedule: 7 PM to 7 AM, 0.9 FTE (3x12-hour shifts per week).
Every other weekend and every other holiday required.
Additional 24 hours of on-call time over a 6-week period.
Charge nurse responsibilities required.
Use of Epic EMR and Pyxis systems required.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
Minimum of 2 years of Behavioral Health nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience in charge nurse roles
Experience with Epic EMR system

Additional Information

Start dates available: May 18th or June 15th. May 18th start contingent on full compliance clearance.
Facility may cancel up to 36 hours during the 13-week contract period; canceled hours may vary in length.
All requested time off must be disclosed and approved at submission; changes post-confirmation risk agency removal from vendor set.

Schedule & Hours

36 hours per week.
Night shift (7 PM - 7 AM).
On-call coverage required as specified.
