Position: Flex RN floating between various medical and surgical units
Units: Medical Unit, Laulima Unit (Surgical Acute), Cardiovascular Unit (rarely)
Shift: 12-hour day shifts (06:45 AM to 07:15 PM)
Scheduled Hours: 36 hours per week after orientation (no guaranteed hours)
Nurse-to-Patient Ratios:
- Medical Unit: 1:6 (days/evenings), 1:8 (nights)
- Laulima Unit: 1:6
- Cardiovascular Unit: 1:4
Equipment Used: Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vac, chest tubes
Dress Code: Professional nursing attire (clean scrubs)
Orientation: Provided for each unit
Arrival Requirement: Must arrive the Thursday before start date for employee health appointment on Friday

Licensure: Must have an active Hawaii nursing license by start of assignment (no exemptions accepted)
Experience: 10 years nursing experience required (higher end of 2-10 years range)
Certifications:
- Required: BLS, ACLS
- Preferred: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC

Prior travel experience: Not explicitly required.
