Diagnostic Imaging Technologist - Contract Position

Location: Hilo, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Requirements

Must have an active State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license by the start of the assignment.
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an acute hospital setting.
Ability to perform routine CT scans independently and follow radiologist protocols.
Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation preferred.
Experience with venipuncture, MIP, MPR, 3D imaging, biopsies, drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke imaging is a plus.

Additional Information

Flu vaccination proof or approved medical/religious exemption required prior to contract start. Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment.
Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for employee health appointment on Friday.
Shifts may vary based on need; no on-call required.
