Overview

• Contract role in San Ramon, California.
• Day shift.
• 36 hours per week.
• Assigned county territory includes:

  • Area #2: Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont
  • Area #8: Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Crockett, Kensington
• Additional travel outside the area may be required.
• Weekend coverage may be required.
• Payment is per visit, with approved hours based on visit type and points.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS
• Driver's License

Assignment Notes

• Must be willing to travel outside the area or work weekends if needed to maintain weekly visit expectations.
• Must be willing to see Covid+ and Covid PUI patients.
• If patients are refused, the guarantee does not apply.
• Requested time off must be disclosed at submission.
