Location: Jackson, Mississippi
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Provide social work case management with a focus on pediatric acute care management.
Responsibilities include crisis intervention, grief and bereavement support, and discharge planning.
Work in a Level 1 Children's hospital environment with high acuity pediatric patients.
Team-based coverage with patients on multiple floors.
Typical schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Valid Social Worker license in Mississippi (LMSW or LCSW).
Minimum 2 years of social work experience, including experience within the last year.
Case management experience.
Experience working with pediatric patients in an acute care setting.
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Experience with Epic charting system.
