• Common Cases: Ortho Trauma/Joints, Robotics, Neuro/Spine, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Level 1 Trauma
• Experience or Must-Have Skills: Robotics, Trauma

Schedule & Shifts

• Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
• Shift Times: 7a-7p; 9a-9p; 7a-5p
• Scheduling: Mostly self-scheduling, generally no block scheduling
• Weeknight Call: Yes, 3-4 shifts every 6 weeks
• Weekend Call: No, unless help is needed
• Holiday Call: Yes
• Call Response Time: 2 hours
• Floating: Not required

Orientation

• Duration: 2 days
• Hours: 7a-7p, Friday through Sunday
• Note: Clinicians must be in-state for the week of orientation, even if some modules are remote

Required Certifications & Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA Certificate
• BLS (AHA)

Additional Information

• Scrub Color/Dress Code: Blue surgical scrubs provided
• Radius: 60 miles
• Charge Nurse/House Supervisor available 24/7

Required Experience
