Required Qualifications

• BLS
• Utah license
• Driver’s license must be submitted

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous acute care experience
• Inpatient rehab setting experience

Clinical Setting

• Acute Inpatient
• Potential for some acute rehab coverage, but not required

Patient Population / Common Diagnoses

• Post op
• Ortho/Total Joint
• Stroke
• Cardiovascular
• Deconditioning

Coverage / Float Scope

• Med Surg
• Tele
• ICU
• Community Hospital

Schedule

• 5 days a week
• Tuesday through Saturday is preferred
• 4x10 day schedule may be considered
• 2 weekends in an 8-week contract

Orientation

• Onsite orientation at 2 facilities
• Clinicians must be in state for the week of orientation, even if first-day modules are remote

Additional Notes

• 10–12 patients treated per day
• Tan scrubs
• PTA covers acute and rehab
