Job Details

Specialty: Respiratory Therapy
Location: Peoria, Illinois
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM), approximately 36 hours per week
Schedule: Rotating weekends and holidays
Placement: Local candidates within a 50-mile radius preferred

Requirements

Active Illinois Respiratory Therapist license or proof that the application process has been initiated
BLS Certification
Must comply with a drug-free workplace policy and produce a negative drug screen for all panels
Submission requires last four digits of SSN, middle initial, and requested time off

Additional Information

Orientation includes 12 non-billable hours; guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation
Call-off policy allows up to 12 hours off every 13 weeks without penalty or pay obligation
