Required Qualifications

• Colorado respiratory therapist license
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Experience / Clinical Skills

• Experience providing respiratory care across hospital settings
• Experience with medication delivery, emergency response, intubation assistance, ventilator management, arterial blood gases, pulmonary hygiene, hyperinflation therapy, patient transport for critically ill patients with artificial airway, and home oxygen assessment/coordination

Work Setting / Patient Population

• Inpatient adult patients

Schedule / Assignment Details

• Night shift
• Potential for every other weekend or more if willing
• Holidays as needed
• No call or standby call
• Must not be the only respiratory therapist in-house

Additional Notes

• Must be in state for the week of orientation, even if first-day modules are remote
• Driver’s license must be submitted
• Radius limit: 60 miles
• Dress code: black pants with wine top
• Respiratory support equipment includes 980 ventilator and V60
• Intubation is assist only
