CT Technologist Position - Colorado, Lakewood

Job Details

• Specialty: CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)
• Location: Lakewood, Colorado
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days
• Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
• Department: Radiology - CT
• Work Setting: Outpatient imaging, with possible floating within nearby zones if needed
• Weekend and Holiday Work: Required
• Call or Standby: Not required
• Dress Code: Black scrubs provided

Required Qualifications

• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT)
• Experience with GE and Siemens CT scanners preferred
• Must be able to start IVs

Work Environment & Equipment

• Department has 5 CT scanners/rooms
• Average of 25 scans/studies performed daily
• Use of Epic EMR and Fuji Synapse PACS systems
• Radiologist available on-site
• No Registered Radiology Assistants (RRA) support
• Department-specific orientation provided

Additional Information

• Hiring process includes profile review and interview with unit manager
• Must be within a 60-mile radius and have a valid driver’s license submitted
• Clinicians must be in-state for the week of orientation, even if some modules are remote
• No self-scheduling or block scheduling available
• May be asked to float within nearby facilities/zones during extreme need, working 3 shifts of 12 hours (9:00 AM to 9:30 PM)
