Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Job Description

Work on a high acuity Surgery Trauma floor
Patient population includes surgical cases, gunshot wounds, quadriplegic, and paraplegic patients
Patient ratio is approximately 5:1
Nursing support includes Nursing Support Techs, phlebotomists, and unit secretary coverage at night
Nurse handoff completed with ED nurse and admitting unit
No block schedules; must be willing to work given shifts

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Surgery Trauma specialty
BLS required
ACLS preferred
Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system required

Additional Information

No Return to Office (RTO) required
