Facility Type: Inpatient Rehabilitation
Number of Beds: 41 (brand new inpatient facility)
Staffing: 15-20 therapy staff daily across disciplines (PT, OT, SLP)
PT Staff: Currently 3 PTs and 3 PTAs; 2 PTs needed for day shift (7 AM - 5 PM)
Patient Load: Up to 6 patients per day, 8-hour shift
Equipment: ESTIM, patient lifts, transfer equipment, gym equipment, vital machines
EMR System: Meditech Magic
Therapy Requirement: Patients have a 3-hour therapy requirement daily; clinicians track time/charges to meet this

Evaluation and treatment
Daily treatment including gait training, neuromuscular reeducation, caregiver training
