Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Travel)
Location: Clarksville, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel
Shift: Nights (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8:00 PM – 8:30 AM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide timely diagnostic CT services to inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.
- Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services.
- Demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
- Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited AMA school.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) as a CT Technologist.
- Licensed by the state as a general radiographer.
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC only).
- Must be located greater than 50 miles from the facility.
Experience
