Travel RN Opportunity - Cardiac Cath Lab (EP Lab)

Unit Information

• Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab (2 EP Labs, 4 Cath Labs)
• Number of Beds: 6 Labs
• Staff Types: RNs, Radiology Techs, RCIS, Surgical Aides, OR Analyst, Coordinators
• Patient Ratio: 1 patient to 3 team members
• Equipment: GE single plane x3, Philips single plane x2, GE Biplane x1
• EMR System: Meditech (EP/Cath Lab use Merge Hemo and LS Pro)

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum Specialty Experience: 1 year as an RN in a relevant specialty
• Must Have:

  • EP (Electrophysiology) experience
  • Monitoring/Pacing EP cases
• Preferred:

  • Cath Lab experience / PCI procedures
• Typical Procedures: Ablations, EP Studies, Device implantations, LAAC, Pacemaker/Defibrillators

Certifications & Licenses

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Registered Nurse License
