Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Victoria, Texas
Employment Type: Travel

Job Details

• Shift: Days, 8 AM - 5 PM (Monday to Friday, variable 7 AM - 6 PM)
• Schedule: No call, no weekends, no hospital duties
• Work Setting: Outpatient only, rehab services
• Floating: Minimal between two facilities
• Patient Ratio: 1:1, with 5 to 8 outpatient visits per day
• EMR Systems: Medhost and Redoc
• Dress Code: Black scrubs or business casual

Requirements

• BLS certification
• Texas PT license
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate, administer, and direct physical therapy procedures as prescribed by a referring practitioner
• Establish physical therapy goals and regularly reassess patient progress with appropriate documentation

Contract Length

• 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)

Additional Notes

• Maximum return to office (RTO) time: 8 days
• No 48-hour shifts or block scheduling
