Job Description

Provide surgical technologist support in the operating room.
Orientation sessions are held weekly on Mondays.
Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify as travel staff.

Required Certifications and Experience

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with at least 1 year of experience within the last year.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

State Requirements

All clinical staff must undergo fingerprinting and background checks as mandated by New Mexico state regulations.
Travelers may begin work under a 14-day waiver while fingerprint results are pending but must be supervised during this period.

Additional Information

The facility is Joint Commission Accredited and recognized as a Certified Primary Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI.
The location offers year-round sunshine and access to outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
