Contract Length: 20 weeks
Weekly Hours: 36 hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Shift: Day shift, no weekends or call required

Patient Ratio: 1:1
Patient Types: Post-operative, chronic pain, adult orthopedic and neurological patients
Common Conditions Treated: Post-op knee, hip, shoulder; low back and neck pain
Equipment Used: Electrical stimulation, ultrasound, Hivamat, laser therapy, Alter G, Vector
Electronic Medical Record System: Epic

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Indiana
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience in an outpatient setting
Outpatient orthopedic experience
Experience with post-operative knee, hip, and shoulder care
Experience treating low back and neck pain

Work Environment and Culture

Personality Fit: Good team player, flexible, strong work ethic
Dress Code: Dark gray scrubs; denim, sweatshirts, and open-toed shoes are not allowed
