Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Per Diem

Location

Tacoma, Washington

Employment Type

Per Diem

Contract Length

Approximately 52 weeks (1 year)

Schedule

Monday to Friday, primarily around 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Occasional weekend shifts for comp day off during the week
One weekend day per month plus one comp day

Facility & Unit Information

Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital with 60 beds
Adult and older adult patient population
Patient caseload: approximately 6.5 treatments per 8-hour day
Focus on treatment and recovery from severe injury or illness, including CVA and neurological conditions

Required Qualifications

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Washington
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
Experience as a Speech Language Pathologist within the last year
