Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Per Diem

Location

  • Tacoma, Washington

Employment Type

  • Per Diem

Contract Length

  • Approximately 52 weeks (1 year)

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, primarily around 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Occasional weekend shifts for comp day off during the week
  • One weekend day per month plus one comp day

Facility & Unit Information

  • Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital with 60 beds
  • Adult and older adult patient population
  • Patient caseload: approximately 6.5 treatments per 8-hour day
  • Focus on treatment and recovery from severe injury or illness, including CVA and neurological conditions

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Washington
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience as a Speech Language Pathologist within the last year
