Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Job Overview

Travel assignment in Kennewick, Washington
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 4x10-hour days with standby
Weekly guaranteed hours: 40
Call requirement: 7 shifts per 2-week pay period
Float requirement: No
Candidates must live 60 miles or more away to be considered travel

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Radiology Technologist license in Washington
Cath Lab Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
Cath Lab Radiology Technologist with 2 years of experience
Cath Lab Technologist experience
Associate degree or higher
BLS
ACLS
RT or CVIS or RCIS

Preferred Experience

Scrub role experience
Monitor role experience

Additional Details

Pros

This Cath Lab is only travelers at the moment and has locum doctors on rotation. Some days are very slow but there is also a couple IR doctors who does some easy procedures.

Cons

On call is currently 7 consecutive days on then you get 4 days off before going back on due to number of staff present.
