Overview

Travel assignment in East Chicago, Indiana
13-week contract
40 guaranteed hours per week
Shift: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Weekend requirement: 1 weekend per month
One opening
Inpatient rehab unit
20-bed unit
Patient ratio: 5–6:1
Float between two facilities

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year

Preferred

Inpatient rehab experience

Unit / Patient Population

Patient population includes neuro and ortho
Common diagnosis/treatment: neuro
