CT Tech Travel Position - Indiana

Job Details

Location: Valparaiso, Indiana
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 7 PM – 7 AM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Hours per Week: 36
Call Requirements: None
Block Scheduling: Yes
Unit Size: 10-bed Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED)
Additional Coverage: Inpatient Rehab Unit and Regency unit (low imaging volume)
Scrub Color: Black

Role Overview

Perform CT and X-Ray imaging independently from 11 PM to 7 AM; XR tech available until 11 PM
Work closely with Emergency Department staff
Use department protocol books and up-to-date scanner protocols
Equipment includes GE CT Scanner, Philips X-Ray, Vitrea, Merge PACS, MedRad contrast injector
Preferred EMR: Cerner

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Indiana
ARRT (CT) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
X-Ray Technician experience
Valid Driver's License
