Occupational Therapist (Travel)

Location: Coralville, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Provide specialized occupational therapy services in a 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital focused on recovery from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The role supports individualized rehabilitation to maximize patient health, function, and quality of life.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Hours per week: 40
• Weekend hours: Every other weekend
• Call: None

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Iowa
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Patient Population

• General adult rehabilitation patients recovering from various neurological and physical injuries

Additional Information

• Scrub color: Eggplant/dark purple (can be paired with black top or bottoms)
• Electronic Health Record systems used: Pinpoint, UDS
• Must be cooperative and a team player
