Providing education and guidance to clinical staff, and supporting staff through system downtimes

Required Qualifications

Current Maine Registered Nurse license or Compact licensure, in good standing with the Board of Nursing
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Current personnel without a BSN must enroll in an academic program promptly and complete the degree within 3 years.
1 year of House Supervisor experience, completed within the last year
1 to 2 years of leadership or management experience
1 year of Labor and Delivery experience, completed within the last year

Additional Information

Electronic medical record (EMR) experience is not required; the facility will provide training.
