RN Case Manager

Overview

• Travel assignment in Fort Pierce, Florida
• Unit: RN Case Manager (917)
• Floor: Float
• Main hospital building
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts, rotating every other weekend
• Shift time: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS
• Case Management (2 years of experience)
• Case Management experience within the last year
• Experience in an Acute Care setting
• Experience with Meditech

Preferred

• HCA experience

Unit Details

• Level II trauma hospital
• 440 beds
• Associated Rehab and Psych
• RN/SW/CMA triad model
• UR team is offsite
• Interqual required for Initial and CSR discharge assessments
• Fast-paced, high-acuity units

Additional Notes

• Orientation starts at Palms West, then the candidate transitions to Lawnwood after completion
• Dress code: Business Casual with White Lab Coat
• Uses Meditech, Midas, Nate, Outlook, and Imobile
