Description

American Traveler is hiring a Case Management RN for a Level II trauma hospital, requiring 2-4 years of acute care RN case management experience and a FL or compact RN license.

Details

• Case Management position at a 440-bed Level II trauma hospital with associated rehab and psych services
• Utilizes a triad model with RN, Social Worker, and CMA team collaboration
• Offsite UR team; Interqual required for initial and continued stay reviews/discharge assessments
• Fast-paced, high-acuity unit with float status
• 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, rotating every other weekend
• Float required to other units as assigned

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• 2-4 years of RN case management experience in an acute care facility required
• Experience with Meditech, Midas, Nate, Outlook, and Imobile systems
• HCA experience preferred
• No employment gaps of 90+ days or more within the past 12 months
• Must provide SSN and DOB for consideration (Canadian SSN not accepted)
• Two professional references required for Florida-based positions

Additional Information

• Orientation will be completed at an affiliated facility before transitioning to the assigned location
• Must be adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment across multiple units
• Business casual dress code with a white lab coat required
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
