Occupational Therapist - Pediatrics

Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description

Must have infant ICU/NICU experience
Pediatric inpatient experience required

Required Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Minimum 1 year of pediatric inpatient experience
Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist license (must be active before start)
Current Arizona DPS fingerprint clearance card prior to start
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association prior to start
