Performs comprehensive polysomnographic testing and analysis.
Responsible for timely analysis of polysomnographic studies and generating summary reports for medical review.
Also performs daytime polysomnographic procedures, including PSG for third shift workers, MSLT, and MWT.
Supports home sleep test preparation and patient education.
May help train staff and provide oversight as needed.
Serves as a resource to providers during clinic hours.
Registered sleep technologists are needed for scoring sleep studies and conducting daytime testing such as MSLT and home sleep testing.
May also help with authorizations and registration as backup.
