Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Valid RN license in California
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- 3 years of NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
Skills and Experience
- Proficiency with clinical equipment, computers, and technology used in the nursing practice setting
- Experience guiding, assisting, and directing unlicensed assistive personnel as allowed by California Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies

- Provides independent patient care as part of the inter-professional health care team
