Location

• Milford, Massachusetts

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• No weekends or holidays

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Oncology experience within the last year
• Oncology (1 year of experience)
• Radiology experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Onboarding Requirements

• Color headshot photo taken within the past 6 months
• Fit test within 365 days of start date, with annual updates
• Respirator medical clearance attestation
• MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
• Physician health statement within 365 days of start date
• Criminal background check
• Massachusetts CORI check
• Education verification
• SSN trace
• National sex offender check
• Exclusion checks
• Confirmation of assignment/POI form
• Beeline attestation

• Must be able to start prior to October
• MA conditional licenses are not accepted
