Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance

• License/Certificate Verification, including Nursys and Primary Source Verification
• MMR immunity or booster series as required
• Varicella immunity or booster series as required
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Tdap within the last 10 years
• Fit test completed within 1 year prior to start
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA with negative results within the last 6 months
• Physical/health statement showing ability to work without restrictions
• Influenza vaccine documentation or approved declination/medical accommodation
• UHS I-9 Attestation
