CT Technologist - Boise, Idaho (Long-Term Assignment)
Shift:
- Friday to Sunday, 7 PM to 7 AM
- On-call once a month and holiday rotation if it falls on a scheduled day
Contract Length:
- 13 weeks
Required Certifications and Licenses
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ARRT (R)(CT) Certification
- Valid state license/certification verification dated within 30 days of start
Health and Safety Requirements
- Fit Test
- Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (must include specific substances, no THC) completed within 30 days of start
- COVID-19 Vaccine (including Sept 2025 booster) or approved exemption/declination (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
- MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series (proof of 1st shot prior to start, subsequent shots per schedule)
- Influenza Vaccine or approved declination/exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL) for current flu season
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional requirements
- Varicella (proof of vaccination or IgG titer)
- Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work within the last year
- Trinity Color Vision test
Professional and Compliance Requirements
- Signed Trinity Code of Conduct Form
- Signed Confidentiality of Patient & Proprietary Information and System Security Agreement
- Signed Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) dated within 30 days of start, showing valid license
- Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years) dated within 30 days of start
- Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
- GSA/OIG exclusion check dated within 30 days
- Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days
- Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
- Trinity System Access Form (to be completed and uploaded one week before start)
- Trinity Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
- Trinity Profile submission (resume, skills checklist within a year, 2 professional references)

This is a long-term assignment for a CT Technologist working night shifts on weekends with occasional on-call and holiday duties. Candidates must hold current BLS and ARRT certifications, meet extensive health screening and vaccination requirements, and comply with multiple professional and background verifications prior to onboarding.
