Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12 hour shifts)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide nursing care in the Operating Room (OR) setting.
Schedule includes night shifts with some weekends based on need.
No on-call responsibilities.
Schedule is variable, not fixed or block scheduling.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio.
Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience within the last year.
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

Submission of a professional profile including resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references.
Completion and submission of various compliance forms including:
- Code of Conduct
- Confidentiality and Information Security Agreement
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure
- Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) with SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start.
- Education verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED).
- Exclusion screenings (EPLS, OIG, NSO) dated within 30 days of start.
- Joint Commission CORE exam within the past year.
- System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.

Additional Information

NIHSS certification is optional.
Influenza vaccine is optional but recommended.
Agency will provide the Trinity Skills Checklist for clinical contractors.

This position is suitable for experienced OR RNs seeking a night shift assignment with a flexible schedule and comprehensive onboarding requirements.
