Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Assignment

• Pampa, Texas

Employment Type:

• Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift:

• Day shift, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Job Description

• Requires a Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Must hold a current Physical Therapy license to practice in Texas.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon hire and must be maintained.

Required Qualifications and Credentials

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
• Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP)
• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
