Required qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (1 year of experience)
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- DCI/BVP
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Optional
- Name verification affidavit for name discrepancies
- Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray
- COA, not required for per diem needs
