Job Overview
- Location: Anaheim, California
- Employment type: Per diem
- Shift: Nights, 19:00–07:30
- Contract length: 26 weeks
- Must work strike on 9/3/26
- Onboarding requires minimal compliance
Required Qualifications
- Active nursing license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification, as applicable
- NRP certification, as applicable
- EPIC knowledge
- 2 years of specialty experience
Onboarding Requirements
- License/certification verification
- Proof of MMR and varicella vaccination or attestation/declination
- COVID-19 vaccination with booster or declination
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination
- Influenza vaccine or declination
- TB test within 1 year of start
- Driver’s license, state ID, or passport
- Physical/health statement stating clear to work
- Prime OIG screening
- Prime Core Competencies Exam with score of 80% or higher
- Prime Skills Checklist
- Prime drug screening within 60 days of start
- Prime color-blind test
- Prime criminal background check
- Prime Agency Attestation
- Prime SAM/EPLS
- Form I-9 verification
- CA sexual harassment prevention training
- Signed job description
- 2 professional references, including 1 from a manager or direct leader/supervisor
- Workplace violence prevention training
Optional / Conditional
- Fit test
- Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray
- Name verification affidavit for name discrepancies
