Pros

They don’t typically use travelers for on call. Close proximity to major cities like Philadelphia, Baltimore, D.C. Cost of living is reasonable Very busy and exciting, you will learn a lot! Staff is well educated and experienced.

Cons

Smaller city, but there are still some things to do. Very close to Lancaster where there is more to do. Nothing I didn’t like about the lab itself. Thought about going permanent staff there, but didn’t work for my situation at the time.
