Job Description

Seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist with radiology and cath lab angiography skills. Candidates must hold appropriate licensure and certifications to perform in a cath lab environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Washington
• Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab Technologist experience
• Radiology Technologist experience
• Licensed Radiology Technologist (ARRT-R) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Compliance and Screening Requirements

• Criminal background check (7-year search including SSN trace, nationwide sex offender, county, federal, and international searches if applicable)
• Copy of diploma (if applicable)
• State-specific background search (Washington WSP/WATCH search)
• Physical exam within 1 year prior to start
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year prior to start
• Required immunizations or proof of immunity:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years or signed declination)
  • Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella (immune titer or 2 vaccines)
  • Hepatitis B (immune titer and 3-dose vaccine series or signed declination)
  • Varicella (immune titer or 2 vaccines)
• Negative 9-panel drug screen within 12 months of start (marijuana excluded for Washington facilities)
• Flu vaccine or signed declination (required annually during flu season)
• COVID vaccine documentation or declination
• Respirator medical clearance (annual)
• Two professional references (supervisory or above, within 3 years)

• Low census mandatory cancellation: Must cancel 1.5 hours before shift start; personnel may be cancelled one shift per two-week pay period without cause or penalty
