Job Opportunity: X-Ray Tech

Location: Attleboro, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 4 weeks (approximately 1 month)
Shift Details:

• 4 shifts of 10 hours or 5 shifts of 8 hours per week
• Evening shifts primarily (1pm-11:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm), occasional overnight shifts possible
• Work every third weekend
• 3-5 call shifts per month
• Holiday rotation required

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general x-ray, portable x-rays, fluoroscopy, DEXA scans
• Support Pain Clinic and Operating Room (OR) procedures

Patient Age Groups

• Pediatrics
• Adolescents
• Adults
• Geriatric

Documentation System

• Cerner

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technician license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technician experience within the last year
• Experience as an X-Ray Technician

Experience

• 1 year of experience preferred in Radiology/Cardiology specialty
• First-time travelers are eligible to apply
• No prior travel experience required

Dress Code & Appearance

• Scrubs allowed in any color (no jeans)
• Tattoos must be covered
• Natural hair color required
• No facial piercings

Additional Requirements

• Must complete Massachusetts CORI background check and other state-required background screenings
• Required to provide a passport-style badge photo prior to start
• Must complete facility-specific compliance and health questionnaires
• Two professional references required within 3 years of hire

Work Environment Notes

• Facility may cancel up to 2 shifts during a 6-8 week assignment
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week based on shift schedule
• Travel assignment with potential crisis staffing needs
