Job Description
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Licensed Nuclear Medicine Technologist (no CT certification needed)
- Work involves research PET scans using various investigational ligands
- Limited availability of isotope on certain days/times
- Request Time Off (RTO) must be submitted with submittal; no RTO allowed during the first two weeks of assignment
- Once RTO is submitted, changes are only allowed to cancel time requested
- Confirm all needed time off for the full 13-week contract before submitting RTO
Required Experience

- Hepatitis B series or declination required (titer not accepted)
- Hepatitis C titer strongly preferred; declination accepted with reason
- Flu vaccine required by December 5 (declination accepted with masking requirements)
- COVID-19 vaccine documentation for current season or declination with masking requirements
- Other immunizations: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (positive titer or vaccination)
Facility & Orientation Information
- Scrub color requirements: Nuclear Med Techs may wear any color scrubs (must be purchased beforehand)
- Orientation modules completed onsite for travel staff
- First Day Instructions provided prior to start
- Various facility-specific documents and acknowledgments required before or at start
- Infection Control/Bloodborne Pathogens exam required with 80% passing score
- Medication and competency exams may be required depending on role
References & Work History
- Two references within 1 year of start in current specialty required, from leadership roles (e.g., Department Manager, Supervisor)
- Verification of employment for past 3 years required
- Annual performance evaluation required if working with the agency for 1 year or more
