Job Description

Hybrid CT and diagnostic role in a small neighborhood hospital.
Overnight technologist covers both CT and diagnostic departments.

Background Checks & Compliance

- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B (positive antibody titer or completed vaccine series; declinations not accepted)

Drug testing: Negative 10-panel drug screen within 60 days of start (9-panel without THC also acceptable). Annual updates not required. Observed drug screens required if initial test is dilute.
COVID-19 vaccination required or signed declination with facility-specific form.
Seasonal flu vaccination required for new candidates starting October through May unless a declination is completed and approved.
Respirator safety clearance required for candidates starting 04/07/2025 and beyond, with annual medical clearance.
