Overview
- Night shift: 19:00–07:30
- Travel/contract assignment in Portland, Oregon
- 13-week contract
- Float between Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby Units as needed, potentially every 4 hours
Role Summary
Provide intrapartum, antepartum, and newborn care to low- and at-risk populations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum (1 year of experience)
- LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Experience with Epic
Preferred
- L&D and postpartum skillset
- Ability to float to Mother Baby Unit
Unit Details
- Labor & Delivery Unit: 12 labor rooms, 4-bed triage, 3 ORs, 2-bay PACU
- Mother Baby Unit: 27 beds
- High-risk labor and delivery unit that also sees high-risk antepartum
- 4-bay triage unit sees 20 weeks and postpartum within 6 weeks
