Role Summary
- Critical Care Float Pool RN
- Floats to multiple ICU areas based on staffing and patient acuity
- Floats within units of equivalent or lower acuity
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- 2 years of Critical Care Float experience
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- IV start capability
- Telemetry experience
- Ventilator management experience
- Experience with Epic
