Overview

Full-time travel/contract Home Health RN role in Ohio.
Coverage area includes Reading/Deer Park, Camp Dennison, Miamiville, Terrace Park, Kennedy Heights, and Fairfax/Mariemount.
Shift: Day, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Contract length: 13 weeks.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio.
Home Health experience within the last year.
1 year of Home Health experience.
BLS.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.

Additional Required Documents / Compliance

Alternate Solutions - Hep B Form.
COVID and Flu Medical Exemption, if requesting medical exemption.
COVID and Flu Religious Exemption, if requesting religious exemption.
Certification of Good Health for candidates working in Kentucky only.
Drug testing is required for Home Health/Hospice candidates working in Indiana.
