Long Term Care / Intermediate Care RN

Overview

• Travel/contract role in Raton, New Mexico
• 13-week contract
• 25-bed critical access hospital in a very rural setting
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates are not accepted; 100-mile radius rule applies

Schedule

• Rotating schedule with day or night shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• Saturday through Friday work week
• Rotating 36s/48s
• Must be flexible with scheduling
• Weekend work required

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Mexico
• Long Term Care experience within the last year
• 1 year of Long Term Care experience
• BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Point-Click Care

• I-9 and E-Verify attestation
• 2 professional references
• Background check
• Fingerprinting
• Physical exam
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• COVID vaccination prior to start, with medical or religious exemptions accepted
• Flu vaccination required during flu season, with medical or religious declinations accepted
• Fit testing for approved mask models
• Proof of immunity or vaccination for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella
• Completion of required onboarding and attestation documents before start
