Overview
- Travel/contract role in Madison, Wisconsin
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Monday through Friday schedule with every other weekend required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Intermediate Care (1 year of experience)
- Intermediate Care experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Telemetry experience
Schedule
- Evening/night shift
- 12-hour shifts
- Every other weekend required
Compliance / Onboarding
- Wisconsin caregiver screening and Wisconsin BID form required
- Background check required
- Employment application required
- References required
- Skills checklist required annually
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
- TB screening and questionnaire required
- Drug screening required
- Hepatitis B documentation required for direct patient care or potential blood/body fluid exposure
- MMR, varicella, and other standard immunization documentation may be required based on exemption status and onboarding review
