Required Qualifications

• CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of CVOR Technologist experience
• Certified Surgical Tech credential: CST or NCCT
• BLS issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by the American Heart Association

Schedule Expectations

• On-call: 2 weekend 24-hour calls in each 4-week cycle
• Weekday call: 2–3 12-hour night calls each week
• Weekend call requirements may vary based on staffing

Pre-Start Requirements

• Driver’s license or state ID with address
• 7-year background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
• HHS/OIG screening
• Badge photo with white background
• Online orientation
• Flu declination form
• Physical exam or statement of health
• Fit mask
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Drug test
• Medical and employee information release form
• Flu vaccination documentation or declination
• COVID vaccination is preferred; declination accepted if unvaccinated
• 2 references from a manager, supervisor, or charge RN
