Required Qualifications

Valid Radiation Therapist license in California
Radiation Therapist (1 year of experience)
Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
NURSYS verification, as applicable
Education verification required for all candidates
3 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
Employment application with at least the last 5 years of employment
Skills checklist, if applicable to the unit
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable by profession
Competency Exam, as applicable by profession/specialty
CPDH Certificate required for all RTs working in CA
