Weekend requirement: Every other weekend

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
C-EFM
2 professional references completed within 1 year of start
Background check within 30 days of start covering all locations lived/worked/in school for the past 7 years
Foreign equivalency education evaluation if education was completed outside the US
Education verification
Competency exam
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
Photo for badge
Confidentiality statement
Crime disclosure statement
Potential conflict of interest disclosure form
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap documentation
Negative TB or chest X-ray
