Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health (Days)

Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Temporary

Job Description

Provide direct care to patients with mental health conditions.
Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
Administer medications and provide therapeutic communication and crisis intervention.
Monitor patient well-being and educate patients and families.
Maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and supportive environment for recovery.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Behavioral Health, with experience within the last year.
Experience working with adult patients in a behavioral health setting.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional Information

Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be considered local.
On-call pay applies with a minimum of 1 hour.
No increased pay rate for overtime, holidays, or call-back shifts.
Former direct employees of the facility are not eligible for agency placement until 6 months after their direct employment ended.
